How Can I Get Rid of My Biggest Blackhead? With an all-important event coming up, you’re desperate to get rid of the biggest blackhead you’ve ever had in your entire life. Have no fear because the tips below can help zap that blackhead out for good.

Improve your cleaning regimen.

When you’re too busy and stressed from work or studies, it’s understandable that you get to neglect proper facial care from time to time. But when you let yourself slip once, this could easily be repeated until you’ve found yourself suffering from the biggest blackhead problem you’ve ever had.

To avoid a horrible repeat, improve and stick to the proper cleaning regimen. You just need to wash your face at least twice each day. If you don’t have any preferred facial wash then mild soap would do. Warm water would also be ideal as this opens up the pores and allows the soap or facial wash to work more thoroughly. After washing your face, be sure to dry it off just as thoroughly with a clean towel. Don’t rub too much because no matter how much you want to do so, it’s not possible to rub off your biggest blackhead out of the picture.

Avoid eating unhealthy foods.

To be more specific, junk food is the primary thing to blame and the most likely cause for most people’s biggest blackhead problems. Junk food just doesn’t make you gain weight or a candidate for hypertension and many other undesirable medical conditions. It also makes your skin unhealthy and result into blackheads, whiteheads, acne and many other possible skin problems.

Limiting your intake of junk foods may seem impossible but since it’s for your own good, you just have to find the willpower to achieve it!

Increase intake of healthy foods.

Naturally, if limiting intake of unhealthy foods would be ideal then increasing consumption of healthy foods would be favorable not just for your skin but for your overall health as well. This doesn’t simply mean eating more fruits and vegetables although that’s a good start. More importantly, you need to maintain a balanced diet.

Exercise more.

Regular exercise makes your skin suppler and less prone to acne problems, including the much dreaded blackheads. Again, exercise could seem a daunting challenge but you just have to find the right way to do it. Walking to and fro school or work could easily equate to exercise. Sports would also do.

With these, your biggest blackhead problems would remain a thing of the past for good!
